To learn which of our advertising actually brings in customers, the website also remembers, in your own browser's storage for up to 90 days, how you first reached us: the advertising click identifier if you came from an ad, the campaign and search term attached to that ad, the page you landed on, and the website that referred you. That record stays in your browser and is sent to us only if you contact us through a quote form, the chat, or a tap on our phone or text link. Visitors who arrive from an ad may be shown a different local phone number for the same reason; it reaches the same shop. The quote form's "How did you find us?" question is optional. We use this information only to measure our own marketing, and we do not sell it.

If you reached us through a Google ad and later pay for work, we report that advertising click identifier back to Google Ads along with the date and the amount, so we can see which ads lead to paying jobs. We do not send your name, phone number, email, or vehicle with it.

Calls to the shop may be recorded and transcribed so we can quote accurately, keep a record of what was agreed, and follow up. Text messages you send us are kept as part of your conversation with the shop.
